Commissioning via Ko-Fi is usually the simplest way, but if you wish to discuss the work first then contact me via the Contact Form, Twitter or Discord.

Please include as much detail in your initial request as possible. I will need a character reference - I do not do character design so please provide at least one reference.

Once I have your request I will contact you with an acknowledgement and a timeline for when I can begin work. I aim to be as quick as possible, but if you have a specific deadline, discuss this immediately. I aim to complete commissions within 2 weeks at the very latest.

If you are not using Ko-Fi to commission, a sketch can be provided before I ask for payment. Payment not via Ko-Fi must be through Paypal - currencies available are GBP, EUR & USD. Please advise what you would like to be billed in.

I will provide updates once the lineart & colouring stages are completed. Changes can be requested at later points but anything that should have been identified at an earlier stage may not be changed.

Once the work is completed, I will provide a version with a background & signature, and a transparent version.

I do not share commissions by default, but if you're happy for me to post it on Twitter & Ko-Fi then let me know.

You can use the artwork in social media posts, banners or as profile pictures. You may use it in streaming related content such as overlays/thumbnails/schedules. If you have commissioned art of your own character design, you may use the art as a Reactive PNG or VTuber model.

You must provide credit wherever possible to my Twitter @DemiMirai. Do not claim the art to be your own. You may tag me directly or reference without a direct mention. I love to retweet and share people posting their commissions.

You can edit the artwork into other media/images - schedules, videos, memes etc (I provide a transparent version exactly for this) but you should include credit on the image or in the description/tweet/Twitch panels.

A commercial fee will apply and must be discussed if the art will be used in used in prints/merchandise, as part of a paid-for product (eg a video game), or as a paywall restricted benefit. This fee will also apply if you are a commercial entity (trading as an agency or company, not a sole trader or hobbyist). Commercial fees are +50% to +100% dependant on the intended usage.

The work cannot be minted into, or made part of, a Non-Fungible Token (NFT).

You may cancel the commission at any point before payment without issue - including once the sketch is complete if you are unhappy.

You may receive a full refund before the linework has started.

Once the linework is started, a partial refund will be issued depending on how much work has been done.
